Office Policies

Welcome to OhioHealth Primary Care & Pediatric Physicians.  We look forward to providing excellent medical care for you and to becoming your medical home.

The following information is designed to give you an idea of our office structure and policies, so that we can work together with you to maintain and improve your health.

Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Saturday morning hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. for emergencies or illnesses.

Medical Providers
OhioHealth Primary Care & Pediatric Physicians consists of four physicians and one nurse practitioner – Scott Reineck, DO and David Rumbalski, MD are both Board Certified in Family Practice.  Andrew MacDowell, MD and Jessica Spelman, MD are both Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Jackie Cross, CNP is certified in Family Medicine. The providers rotate overnight and weekend call coverage, so you will always be able to reach one of our physicians with any emergency calls that take place outside of office hours.

We make every effort to allow you to see your own physician each time you come in for an appointment.  Certainly, for checkups or routine visits, you can count on seeing your physician.  For last-minute or sick visits, it may be necessary to schedule you with one of the other physicians in the office.

Late and No-Show Policy
We make every attempt to see you in a timely fashion for your appointments.  Sometimes this is not possible due to medical emergencies or complicated patients.  We appreciate your prompt arrival for your appointment, as this helps our physicians to stay “on schedule”.  Arriving late for your appointment may necessitate rescheduling your appointment.

We realize that times can be hectic and lives can be busy, however, we ask that you call our office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who may need to be seen.

Immunizations
Our general policy is to provide recommended immunizations as described in the guidelines published by the ACIP and AAP.   For patients with special needs or issues, alternative immunization schedules can be discussed.
